Good remote access program

Hi,

I'm totally out the loop but need a recommendation for software to remote control a pc.

My mum keeps calling up for IT support and I want to be able to control her pc and fix whatever issue she's having.

Hopefully something that free.

I remember join.me from years ago but believe that's gone now.

TeamViewer has free options or if you can go over hers, set up google Remote Desktop and then access it from chrome at home using your gmail account

Yeah it a windows 11 laptop I'll be connecting from my windows 10 desktop.

I'll get them a try. Didn't realise you could do that with chrome.

I use anydesk. Teamviewer has been nothing but trouble, the free version just kept giving me waring about commercial use and never let me connect.

Its their excuse to try and get you to cough up some money.

Hear this a lot with the free version and all this does is kill their user base as people go else where when this happens.
