I RMA'd an FX8350 retail through the good services of OCUK to AMD. The good thing was that It was purchased it on 23 Oct 2012. I RMA'd it two weeks before the third anniversary as 'not booting at standard clocks'. The process was completed within three weeks by AMD.
It shows that OCUK stand behind their RMA process to the end and the statement that whatever you do to a CPU, no questions will be asked is proven. I would not purchase a CPU from any other etailer following this. I am also very pleased with AMD.
