Good sandybridge deal ?

Someone has offered me a 2500k and a MSI P67A GD55 B2 For £170 second hand is that a decent deal ?

seems good to me, although the motherboard is a b2 shouldnt really have any problems unless you need the sata 2 ports , not sure if you will be able to get a replacement from msi as you weren't the original buyer

But you can RMA it through the retailer to get a B3 edition.
