Good screen capture software?

Not sure as that's the right phrase... Software to record an mp4 or m4v of what I'm doing onscreen while also grabbing the audio input

Any suggestions?

Can't Quicktime do it?

Open it up, File > New Screen Recording and you can select the audio source etc.

yeah it can but it cant do the funky stuff like zooming in by 50% on your mouse using hotkeys and highlighting clicks and the like...

Screenflow. Used in the Apple tutorial videos and, I think, Lynda.
