Had problems with my 9400 and they sorted it out very quickly. Also had a few mobo's go on some old dell latitudes at work and they were always quick to come out and fix them

I still think the 9400 is a better machine then the 1720 , the 9400 has a better feel to it

Also the parm rest is poor on the 1720 , the faulty machine i sent back the paint was coming off
