Not sure if this is the right place for this, but not sure where else to put it.
Just wanted to praise Overclockers staff for another job well done.
Had 2 hard drives delivered last Thursday, and one of them turned out to be faulty (it happens).
One easy phone call later and I post the drive back on Friday. Replacement was in my hand by mid afternoon Tuesday.
This is my 3rd RMA over the years and each one has been quick and easy.
So it is well done from me and as long as it continues, I know where I will be buying my parts from.
