Good Setup?

Why the two different cards and two different ram kits? Which are also triple channel.

What about optical drives?

What about psu?

no to your bulldozer ideas, go i2500k if its for gaming or i2600k/i2700k if you'll be doing lots of encoding/editing(basically anything which will make use of hyperthreading).

budget? psu? os? hard disk? dvdrw/blueray?

dont intel like amd and i put 2 graphs n ram to see what you rekon should pick. i got loads of optical drives and psu i was thinking owt over 1000w probs 1250w

OS i would be probs either 7 64 or ultimate

budget around 1.4k most

sorry it could because it's late but that made no sence.

Don't intel what?

you DON'T need a 1kw+ psu unless you plan on tri/quad xfire/sli, if going sli/xfire then 750/850w is more than enough.

for ram neither of the 2 options as you want dual channel not triple channel ram.

the bulldozer is slower, less power efficient, did I say slower? then a i2500k.

sorry dont like intel..i like amd lol sorry on nights am tired too lol

why not triple channel and dual?

i basically want a amd pc that is gonna be fast as running on SSD that i can overclock quite high and got advised to use new fx bulldozer as its 8 core

new to all this pc stuff really i normally stick to xbox for gamign and ps3 but gona get into pc gaming and stuff and dotn want laggy pc like i have at mo running amd black edition 9950 which i bought at time when it was like 1 of fastest (accoridng to mates dad)

go back to the xbox/ps3 as they'll be faster than a bulldozer ;)

dual channel as that's what is the supported ram regardless of bulldozer or sandybridge, triple channel ram is for the old i7 9xx(e.g 920, 950 etc) skt1366 platform.

i see it says dual channel now on the mobo...right i rekon will have to be this ram then

G.Skill RipJawsZ 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-17000C9 2133MHz Dual/Quad Channel Kit (F3-17000CL9Q-16GBZH) G.Skill RipJawsZ 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-17000C9 2133MHz Dual/Quad Channel Kit (F3-17000CL9Q-16GBZH)

stick to the 1600mhz(pc3-12800) ram, no point going for the 2133mhz ram.

also be aware if looking at ram with fins that they'll interfer with air coolers as the coolers overhang 1/more ram slots, ram without fins don't have this issue. if you're getting custom water cooling or say the corsair h60 then it's not a problem.

Doesn't bulldozer work better with higher speed ram?

i'm one of these people i not really bothered what it is along as it goes together well and is fast as and can be overclocked to eyeballs lol

any builds people would have list them below always up for ideas..amd please tho

stulid what you think to my build then? if i was to have jaws dual ram....

Its late, so will look properly in the morning, but usually its easier to say what this PC is for, your budget, and exactly what parts you need, such as,

Case.
PSU.
Harddrive.
DVD burner.
Operating system.
Hestsink.
Monitor.
Keyboard.

etc.
