Good Sim city like game for iPad

I've downloaded a couple of games recently of the sim style (jurassic park and metropolis) and both seem to need a network connection to play/start. Are there any good ones that don't need a network connection? Networks are hard to find on planes/trains/abroad...

Thanks, any other games like the Jurassic park one (zoo tycoon etc) or age of empires? I have civ 5 but that's it at the moment.
