The Artic is supposed to be quite loud at higher RPM, wheras the supplied 12cm with the Ninja is 1200rpm, so it's silent. You could replace it with a Delta or another other 12cm fan.

Freezer 64 Pro is a good cooler and very quiet for my A64 4000+ SD at stock 2.4 GHz speeds, but when I overclock to 3 GHz, the F64Pro does become more noticeable as it pushes up into the 1600-1800 rpm range, although it's never 'loud'. Still, it is only £16.

If you don't mind spending £37 go for the Ninja. Just check it fits your board with the fan on and remember you have to take your board out to install it.
