ok, my mate needs a decent Socket A cooler for his xp3200 that he has just bought off me. I had it sitting under my Gigabyte G-power pro and it idled at 35'c and hit 43'c under load. Now with his cooler it idles at 55'c and havn't tried to put load on it. Other than getting another G-power pro what other decent socket A coolers are available??
Oh and before anyone says, it has been reseated a few times and makes no difference and its my old board aswell so can't be a dodgy reading off that. On the bottom of his heatsink though you can feel the ridges with your nail and its anything but smooth
