Good Software for recording desktop tutorial videos

Hi guys im going to set up a YouTube windows tutorial channel... but I need a really good desktop recording software im willing to pay for a good one any recommendations?

OBS

It's mainly used for game capture/streaming to Twitch, the Window Capture or Desktop Capture will also work brilliantly for non games, and you can save to files and not stream.

OBS dude.

Not only is it amazing for streaming, but it's amazing for recording desktop as well.

I use it to record myself doing packet tracer exercises so when I get stuck, I can just look at what I did before. Also you can easily add microphones and inputs. So when I do a Skype session with my CCNP friend, I can hear the conversation going on between us.

Really easy to use.

Camtasia, I can vouch for, albeit not the latest version.

I used it for training videos for new software roll outs for clients.
