good software for temps etc

im looking for software to see temps and how much my computer draws from psu, i dont mind if its payware

For all round temps I use HW Monitor, for PSU usage you will need a plug in energy monitor.

Just to let you know my pc in my sig pulls 500w at full load without the gpu-z mod.

Coretemp is good for measuring cpu temps, msi afterburner for gpu's, (useful overclock tool as well), hwmonitor for all round monitoring. The only reliable way to see how much power your rig draws is to purchase a wall power monitoring unit.

sorry for thread hijack, but, GPU-z mod???? :confused:

whats one of them, just an overclock, or something else?

The 580 monitors its power usage, With the GPU-Z software mod it removes this power monitor and runs the card at maximum power.

hmm, this seems like a very strange thing for Nvidia to do, and im not surprised they came up with a mod to get round it. surely they should throttle it when it gets too hot :confused:
