Good Spec HTPC - Possible?

Hi,

I am trying to put together -

i7 2600k
8gb Ram (1866mhz)
Decent video card ~ 560ti
Good Audio card (unless everyone agrees its pointless when using optical?)
SSD
Big Storage Drive

So I need an Micro ATX mb - Can anyone recommend one ?

Is this possible and/or a good idea, will the gfx fit, if not what should I use for gfx?

I assume this going to be used as a gaming rig as well as tv and video.

You can drop the cpu to a 2500k and 1600mhz memory is plenty.

any reason ? I don't really mind the extra 20 quid ?

What I really want is a recommendation on the motherboard and gfx card in a smaller case.
