Good spec Tablet?

Been wanting to get me a 10.2 Tablet for some time now and come across one in my budget of £140 ish,Its an unknown brand but these are its specs.

Would you say its decent spec for that price,Dont know much about Tablets,So unsure if the CPU is a good one or bad.

For me I'd say avoid a resistive touch screen, you want a capacitive.
