Having just got my shiny new Macbook Pro am searching for a good svn client with a good GUI. Have got used to the simplicity of Tortoise over the past year and have tried svnX and its alright but nowhere near as good as tortoise.

Was looking at getting an educational license for Versions. Are there any other clients out there similar to Tortoise for OSX?

Cornerstone is the only other one worth looking at. Have used both quite extensively myself and there is not a lot between them. Use the free trials and settle on one. The price for either is quite small for the amount of time you inevitably end up using version control for.

At the time I settled on versions, but that was just down to personal preference. Cornerstone looks to have had some vast improvements since I last used it. I've moved over to mercurial now.

Well, when I was investigating which to use a while back Versions got my vote, however I then decided to use Git so never got to follow through with it...

Git is awesome though if you're just starting out and aren't already super-committed to SVN ;)
