Good temps for E4500 under load

not really, basically i am thinking of overclocking it and wanted to know it i need to get a new hsf, at the moment i am doing some video encoding on it (.mkv to dvd) and both cores are at 44 degrees, this is stock speed and voltage, do you thing i am gonna need a better hsf if i am going to overclock the chip?

thanks

Overclocked to 3.2 mine was at 45 max on load using Intel TAT with Thermaltake Blue Orb. This seems a bit low, so not sure if TAT reads the E4500 properly, although that was on stock voltage showing 1.275 in windows.

Thats what I thought, but it just hits a brick wall about 3.25 whatever the voltage, was hoping it would do 3.6 with higher voltage but no luck :(
