Had my second service earlier in the week, which involved them replacing both tyres, to which i was quite puzzled as i only had a new front about two months ago. They told me the tread was gone on them so i thought fair enough. They done an awesome job on the bike overall with the chain looking brand new and some nice oil into the bike. Anyway i rode away but being aware i got new tyres i was cautious. But to my suprise i took the first corner really responsive and it felt really good as i if my every movement actually controlled where it was going. Ive only done about 10 miles with these new tyres but im suprised by every corner and roundabout i take, its like ive got a new bike or something. Ive had my bike since 2010 brand new and the tyres i must have had ever since then must have been rubbish, and ive already had 3 tyres put onto them not counting my new awesome set.
To give you an idea of my past tyres, theres a big roundabout near me and if i went over 25mph i would start to find it hard to keep the bike from moving outside of the roundabout. I went around it today and i was really suprised i was going around it like a normal biker
Anyway to sum it up get descent tyres, its like having a new bike.

I know nothing about tyres but to me they have made an amazing improvement, i just cant get over it. Im boring people at work talking about my new tyres:p

Chances are they changed both because mixing tyres can have interesting results and the back was bald and couldn't match it. I can't wait to move away from Bridgestones, had 21s then 23s on the S4 and both feel like they want to let go in the wet at gentle leans.
