Good UHS cards for "sustainable" burst rates.

I use a combination of UHS I U3 and UHSII U3. I've yet to compare the two (on the XT1) but I believe the later give a speed of 150mbs (18 Meg a second).What does everybody else use and what do you recommend?

My aim would be to clear the buffer as fast and as economically as possible
