Good usb hub needed

Can someone recommend me a good usb hub as my 12 usb's on the back are full up now :/ (or do you reckon a pcie usb card is better)?

Depends... What you got plugged in?

If its lots of lights, a printer and a few other things that aren't used often/not intensive speed wise then stick them in a hub as it wont have much impact.
