Good USB to serial converter?

For those who need to use serial still (probably the best forum for it as I expect there will be plenty of people using it to configure Cisco equipment in here) what make converter do you have? Or are they all as bad as each other?

Never had a problem with my belkin ones (black, about 6" long).

I've tried two: I had a Belkin one and it worked perfectly. I had an unbranded one that gave me an hour of pain till I downloaded newer drivers.

I have a Belkin one too and it's worked fine with, also have a OEM ******s style jobbie which also seems to work with just about anything.

I have a decent HP one which is better than the usual rubbish, hardly ever in that line of work these days though...

I've used Lindy converters for years. Can't remember ever having any problems, at all.

We use them to connect weighbridges indicators to PC's.

Partly. Really need one for work though. Keep on borrowing a colleagues personal one to use on my laptop and it is rubbish - laptop keeps on losing it mid console session... Nothing like a proper serial connection.
