Thanks for those. I will have a read.

My aim is to move from a pure dev role to something more UX orientated... i am just not sure what yet! Though it will most likely be IA, or interface design.

If anyone knows of any good books (they don't have to be about the web, and can be very general) to look at?


also, are there any well respected courses to go on for UX?
