Still eyeing up one of the oled-qds.
Apart from camelcamelcamel is there any simple way to work out the cheapest product x has ever been?

I'm always one for a bargain. I see a bit on hear people saying "I got that when it was Y pounds on Z date"
 
PriceSpy I think tracks price history for quite a few stores, though not sure how detailed it is in terms of highlighting short term sales etc.

For example, this shows previous lower prices for the 65" S95B you had considered but doesn't seem to have identified the £1,300 @robj20 managed to get it for (as mentioned in your other thread), it's only picked up in £1,399 in November 2022.

Not a purchase in near term but would be good to get an idea of price over time.
 
Searching for it on HDUK can work too, you get to see when it's been a particularly good price. The issue with this is that i've often put off purchases as i've seen it's historically been much cheaper and then it never drops that low again :(

Hoping that as time goes on people will hold back on big ticket stuff.
So even though inflation is crazy the retailers and suppliers will be keen to sell. So prices will get competitive.


Maybe a new oled-qd will come out so can get the older model for cheaper.
 
I find the wife does quite well tracking the costs of my hobbies. Doesn’t help she does corp tax for a living..

I tend to just have a brief look back through hotukdeals.
