, heck we've been married 23 years! It's just something that comes up for discussion from time to time amongst smokers and their OHs. Another topic is whether someone should consider to benefit from very expensive NHS surgery / treatment yet refuses to give up smoking?
How's it going anyway? Are you finding it easier than you thought or more difficult? Have you tried the NHS helpline?
