It's the 138bhp model. Am considering getting one of the bluefin things to up it a bit in a couple of months, though.

Have used it since picking it up on Wednesday, but gave it a good clean and wax today.

Seriously need to stop blowing my money on cars, though. The RX-8 lost £1,500 in 11 weeks (though went from buying to trading in). Must save to move out at some point! :D

pics at last, nice car considering your age :D, i prefer mine though ;)

how much did it cost you btw?

I'm sure the Audi won't lose as much value, but I hope you enjoy it. Any has anyone else noticed the passenger side wing mirror looks a darker shade of grey than the driver side. Or is it just the lighting?

that looks really tidy, enjoying the torque? ;)
Haha, the torque difference is certainly noticeable! I try to keep it hovering between 1900 and 2400 rpm all the time as that's when you actually feel the turbo pulling a bit.

I'm 23 in July. Getting old now :(. List was £13485, I paid just over £12,800 (main Audi dealer), I think. Got two brand new front tyres included as the originals were only a couple of mm above minimum. It's had 2 services in its 31,000 miles too, so it's been looked after.

I'm sure you would, with it shifting a bit more! Though hopefully a remap might shorten the gap.

Fastest cars in the known universe, Audi 2.0 TDI S-Lines.
Not sure where/how I've asked for this derision?

You've not - but wherever you are on Britains road network, if there is something going past you at Warp Speed 9 it'll be an A3 or A4 2.0 TDI S-Line :D

Still not sure I get it. Whether you're saying that people who drive them tend to drive at 3 figures everywhere or whether you're being entirely sarcastic.

Perhaps I'm just being slow tonight!

i wasn't taking anything away from you there, i didn't even have my license at 23 lol. i dread to think what you might have at my age (31), but by then, i'll be driving my RS4 (i wish).:D

funny you should say that, i was driving to manchester last week and had a 2.0tdi a3 sportback overtake me, then slow right down in front of me :confused

He clearly wanted you to bite!

My car obsession only began developing around 6 months ago (at that point I was driving a 1.4 diesel Fiesta!), so it's got plenty of time to grow. I mean, we'd all like to own supercars and the like, but bearing in mind I'd like to buy my own place within the next 12 months, I think once that's sorted a 'semi-realistic' target to aim for is a Cayman. I just love the look of them and they don't have the stigma of the Boxsters. Can be had with 25k miles at a couple of years old for under 30k too! And I ran an insurance quoter last week and got £1,300 for the year on one. Certainly got my mind racing!

edit: July 12th (Cancer).

Cheers for all the kind words by the way, guys.
