Goodbye XP

Ok, so a while back i installed vista x64 on my smaller 200gb drive, and i kept xp x86 on my main 400gb hdd, now however i want to get rid of xp completely and put my installation of vista on the 400gb drive, then i will be able to format my 200gb drive and keep this as my backup drive (as i had in xp)

i just want to know how i would go about this as i dont know how i could "uninstall?" xp without messing up the boot sequence that vista pops up when i boot

So i need to re=install vista bugger, was hoping a program like true image or ghost could sort this out for me, or would that keep the boot file and cause complications?

i do usually re-format and re-install around every 6 moths but it's just such a pain, i guess if this is my only option though then i will do it, looks like i will need to spend a few hours tomorrow getting everything right again
