I have and don't feel like it's an issue. I never get any unsolicited guff sent through.

I have and it's been fine and pretty useful for form filling.

I'd say the security of Google is good enough, as long as you are good enough at computer security. I'm sure you're not the type of person that would click on phishing links etc, so then it's ok.

everything gets 1st of January

you might think yeah Google will never get hacked
but the larger the company
the bigger the likelihood of some weak spots
so be paranoid is my approach anyway

I'm the same, Google is a valuable target so I keep as much personal data out of my Google account.
