I have a lot of emails in outlook 2007 and I'm trying to migrate to google apps, now I dont want to loose any of these emails and want to transfer them to the google apps account, I think that im using POP at the moment.

How do I get them from outlook to gmail please?

Is it the pop fetcher once the account is set up? But how will it work if its using the same domain ?

To make things even more fun the mail is not on the server its just on the computer :s

The way i managed it was to disable the POP account to GMail and set it up as IMAP instead, then from within Outlook simply drag & drop the contents of Outlook's Inbox folder to the IMAP Inbox folder - mail should then be uploaded to GMail. Obviously confirm using GMail's webmail.
If you want to continue using Outlook then keep GMail setup as IMAP rather than POP.
