Hey, I'm kind of hitting a brick wall on what I'm doing wrong/how to even go about it. What I have so far: http://pastebin.com/v4ujs0tX What I want is for the user to select the "data" they want to show on the chart and the chart then to display those. If anyone could help to show me where I'm going wrong that would be great!

Firstly, a working example would get you much more help, try JSFiddle

Secondly, while this isn't really helping, I find Highcharts nicer to use, better looking and better featured. The only down side is that it's not free for commercial sites.

Highcharts looks great. Will definitely be investigating using that for in work as an alternative to the 'average' charting capabilities of Telerik ASP.NET controls.

There are a couple of .NET wrappers for Highcharts on Codeplex, not sure how good they are though.

Iffy. I used one a couple of years ago which had most features for common graph types, but was missing a lot for anything more exotic than a pie chart. This may have changed now though.
