Google Chrome Extension Virus

Can someone help me? I have an extension somehow on Google Chrome called Deal Euxpress 2.1. Every time I start Chrome I delete it but it always comes back, it puts ads all over my screen and it's generally annoying. Im not sure if it's a virus or not but it's driving me mad! I've done scans and deleted the threats that appeared (they weren't related to this though) and backed up my stuff, but im not sure what it is? A google search returns nothing either.

use ADwCleaner should remove it

isnt there a option in chrome to reset back to standard.
i used that button when i had something similar and it did the trick

log on in safe mode then try the cleaner.

How are you deleting it?

What do you have listed under chrome://plugins/ & chrome://extensions/ ?

Try JunkwareRemovalTool, between that and ADWCleaner most stuff gets hoovered up. It may help to follow the instructions here as you go (one of the steps is running JRT), as despite being a guide for Conduit most of this adware/PUP malware is a similar thing under different names.
