Google Chrome old UI

Is there a way to change Google Chrome UI back to the old layout on the new version or is my only option is to downgrade to a older version and disable the update?

You used to able to change it back with chrome://flags, but having a look now now the setting to change this is now gone.

I wouldn't recommending rolling back though, while it can bring in annoying changes like this, there are some important security updates that are part of it as well.
