Google Chrome Problem - Mouse Clicking Wrong Place Win7

Hi all,

About two days ago I've got a weird problem in Chrome.
After being open a few minutes when I click the mouse pointer doesn't actually correlate to where the browser thinks I'm clicking

For example, I'm reading a page on Wiki and I try to click a link to another article, it actually clicks above it by about 6 inches.
If I hold the button in to highlight a paragraph by dragging it, the paragraph I highlight is actually about 6 inches ago.

It's very annoying as you can imagine as I need to reload the page to get it to work and it doesn't last long. I've also found that manually scrolling the page up and down a bit so the text is central seems to fix it but as soon as it's not central to the screen it does it again.

I've tried to reinstall it, taken all the extensions out etc and done a few searches but I can't seem to find anything like it or any answers.

Any ideas? Thanks all.

*edit*
I think I've tracked it down to using the scroll wheel in Chrome. If I use the wheel to scroll down the image moves but the positions of where everything is remains the same (in the background) so when I click it's as though I haven't scrolled down.
If I use PageDown it seems to be ok though!?!?
