Google customer support ?

I setup 2 step verification on my goggle/youtube account and my phone has magically disappeared so I can't log in.

I have the backup codes but I cannot find where to enter them.

Is there any way to contact google directly ?

I've tried an option where it takes up to 5 days to get help but it asks for the exact date I made my account and I haven't a clue as it's been years.

It's all explained here, unless I'm missing something.

On the screen it'll give you the last two digits of one of the backup codes, look on your list, find the code and enter it as the 2-step code normally sent to your phone.

Thanks bud, Sadly it doesn't give me that option, I think something is broken on my account.
