I was hoping for some person review on how good it is....how well it works....is it slow.....whats realistically the maximum filesize u can upload

Well I used Gspace essentially the same thing, I would recommend setting up another account just for backup as you dont want hundreds of emails coming to your own account. Max upload is 10mb due to file attachment limit. It is very slow as well.
