Google Earth??

Hi guys when i try to open google earth i get this message:

Google Earth could not contact the authentication server to activate your session.

Error code: c000000c

I click a link to take me to the help page and it says that its a problem with the firwall or anti-virus software.

I have disabled windows firewall and added google earth to the exclusions list on avast anti-virus. I have added the port it told me to to my firewall on my router and it still isnt working??

any ideas???

Do you use Norton? Apparently that can cause this error. Something in the settings should resolve it.
