google+gmail issues

Not me but my sister is/has been for a couple of weeks, just times out checking/sending etc. We're both on Zen so I don't understand why. The only difference is I use gmail.com and she is googlemail.com.
 
you aren't trying to access it via a hospital?

the HPSS internet connection supplied by virginmedia/ntl seems to have had a proxy issue today that seems to have affected the whole of the n ireland HPSS internet access.

still wasn't resolved @5.30 this evening when i left work
 
am getting some funky page now from virgin looking me to change my browser settings

only affecting IE, FF works fine :confused:

cant search google/live.com with directing to this page


EDIT: now this is weird, i just booted the laptopand everything works fine and dandy. no erros and no VM holding page

Does Virgin require some specific proxy/dns settings?
Because a quick look at that screenshot seems to indicate that they used to use a proxy. :confused:.

not that i know off, only been with them around 6-7months and i have nhever needed to edit browser settings.
