Google help / meta tags?

Hi im having problems with my website www.vfs-ltd.com showing in search results in google.

I have verified my website with google using the webmaster tools but when I search for valve fitting solutions it doesn't show the correct site. (shows the www.vfsol.co.uk site but not the correct www.vfs-ltd.com site).

Can someone look at my page source and tell me if I have not got the right meta tags or how I can get my page properly indexed please id be very very grateful.

why do you have an old and new site active at the same time? if the old domain had built up a bit of google rep you should have stuck with it...

if not, put up a we have moved link so the spiders can get to the new one that way

meta tags make little to no difference in terms of Google rank.

To cut a long story short some cowboy made a very crap site ( the vfsol.co.uk ) one for a ridiculous amount of money, which the company owner does not want to use. I don't control that domain or pages so I can't shut it down.
