Google is Slow?

Just recently google.co.uk has become painfully slow and unresponsive, I am using firefox.

I am using bing instead...

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling firefox but its still tediously slow. Anything else I can try?

I don't want to use a different web browser as I prefer Firefox.

Fine for me here using FF 28.

I would try a different browser just to test it's not just affecting Firefox. Could also maybe check your DNS settings. Maybe changing them to Google's will help.

Google has been fine for me on Chrome, FF and IE11. I regularly clear out history cache and cookies on home and work PCs though.
