Hey guys, wondering if you could help me out with a situation.
I work in web development and the company that I'm currently working for are looking to delve into the world of Google+ and we created an account, verified i and thought everything was going swimmingly.
I checked back a few days later and the account was blocked/flagged because there was already a verified account up there on Google+, I checked and there it was, basically here's what the problem is:
There is a page with the same name as ours, already verified and if we were to try and make a page with that name and get it verified, obviously it wont let us do that.
I've sent 2 reports across, one for impersonation of the company and one for the impersonation of the person I work for as a person but they both came back as they couldn't do anything and even though we provided legitimate ID etc, Google+ said that there is no grounds for any action, but obviously there should be if they are using our name and it's verified and we do not have access to that account.
Any ideas what to do?
