Google Mail.. Get IMAP in Mail 3.0 (Leopard)

There was something agggggeeess ago that Gmail only had turned on for US English so I just changed it and left it set to that - and got IMAP turned on once it was released.

For those that use Gmail IMAP with Mail (In Leopard), how're you liking it? I've tried it a couple of times and can't seem to get it to behave how it says it should, like deleting a message from SPAM sends it to the trash rather than obliterating it. Maybe I just need to play around a bit more... :p
 
IMAP is great. I use it for my uni email as well. Means I always have access, however, using that as an argument against pop is a little weak is it not, as you can simply click leave messages on server in your email client whilst using pop.

Yes, but those messages that you delete (on a phone, for example) when using POP will remain on the server until you manually delete them from another device.
