Google maps how to show the route line in streetview?

On Windows using Chrome, is this not working for anyone else or am I doing something wrong?

After I set a route the blue line disappears as soon as I enter streetview, it used to show the blue line even in streetview.

Just wanted to memorise some roundabouts and whatnot for a drive tomorrow would have been handy if they kept this feature in.

not working for me either, maybe they've removed it.

Why not just stick Waze on your phone and use that for navigation tomorrow, or just use google maps/directions on the day?
