Anyone else find googlemaps to be so slow as to not warrant using it anymore?

I have a very quick PC, 152mb internet and moving around on it is horrendous!

I've also just rebuilt my PC and new OS soooooo yeah. Even google offer an older version because they know it slows down.

What browser are you using?
