Google Maps really slow in Firefox

Hi all

I have FF 25.0.1 installed and in both Win 7 and 8.1, Google Maps is really slow and unresponsive and slow. Is anyone else having problems and know of a solution?

Got latest Flash/gfx drivers?
How is it in Chrome?

It's much better in Chrome and IE. Flash and drivers are all up to date.

Disable hardware acceleration (or go into safe mode), does that help? If so there's a GPU problem. What GPU are you using?
