Google namebench question

Just a quick question why is it when i check for the fastest DNS with google namebench it gives me for the first Primary Server say OpenDNS but for the Secondary Server it gives me my routers address ?
 
The program defaults to including your router ip address in the tests.

Your router isn’t actually a DNS server, but will be configured to use at least one external DNS server.

When Namebench interrogates your router the response will actually be coming from the external DNS server, but with a very small additional delay.

Is your router configured to use OpenDNS?
