I was offered a refurb because no other n4 stock was available. Not massively impressed.
Did they offer a refund?

While I've ordeed from CPW I will try to order one from GPS tonight as I'm worried CPW will offer a poor experience if I need to make a warranty claim.

Nexus 6 not yet showing on Motorola UK official website either. Moto and Google giving the carriers clear water for them to get out ahead of Google and Moto.

Please come back in December when you will have received your Moto 360 smartwatch and had a chance to use it so that you can give us a review. As you know, my preference in wearables is Google Glass. As for display screen I am particularly interested in your impressions in viewing a very small circular screen. On Glass, the display screen is equivalent to viewing an 8 foot high screen 25 feet away.

Are the pre-orders on GPS due to go live at a particular time guys??
5pm or 6pm are commonly suggested. Otherwise take your pick!

Last year for example, the Google Play Store went live at around 5pm London time when the Nexus 5 was launched. Many of us hope that will be the same this year but we do not know yet.
As I mentioned in previous posts, my theory is that Google and Moto are giving the carriers clear water to get their pre-order clients booked. Moto has a strong historical relationship with carriers and this launch seems to me to favour them. For example, the Nexus 6 is not even showing yet as a smartphone on the Moto UK official website!
