google Nexus 7

I fancy getting a tablet. And Google nexus 7 has caught my eye. All one draw back. Is How do you transfer pics from your phone to the nexus? MY HTC isnt rooted and I dont want to root it either.

Is there anyway to transfer the pics?

plug phone into pc. mount as usb storage. navigate to pics. copy pics to pc.

plug nexus 7 into pc. copy pics from pc to nexus.
