Google not indexed my site...

Hi all - I've had The Ark up for some time now but it has still not been indexed by google.

I've also done some other sites listed here which have appeared no problem (and these were uploaded afterwards).

I've submited the url.

They wanted the meta tags left from their old site. Can anyone see anything
which would prevent the site from being indexed? Meta tags not my speciality
