So, I've moved to Google Photos, and on the whole I think its awesome.
I love the "free up space" button to clear my phone whenever I wish, the searching is awesome and the speed I can browse through 45,000 photos without any thumbnail generation etc is out of this world!
Anyway onto the problem - I uploaded the vast majority of my stuff using the desktop uploader, and it was nearly done - about 2000 photos remain to upload... Then I had to reinstall the uploader app, so I thought thats ok, just point the software to the same folder again and let it pick up where it left off...
The number remaining has gone back up to 37,000
- I can only imagine its starting again and will be duplicating everything :/ It took nearly a week to get this far so I hope I'm wrong...
Anybody have any experience with this?
