is there a way i can link to my list of albums? ie not linking to a specific album but my whole list of albums so people can choose which album they want to open?

Difficult to understand your question, but I guess what you are trying to ask how you link to your entire library of albums?

Last time i looked into this it wasn't possible, not sure if they've made any changes. You can view albums on Picasa which might make it quicker to share individual albums.
