I leave it one while I'm working at home for days, but if I have something where I'm heading out for the day, I might turn it off and charge over 80.

Seems to me there should be something in the drop down menu so you can quickly toggle it on and off.

Has anyone had any issus with wireless charging since the December update?
My 8 pro was working absolutely fine, is only a month or so old and since the update it either won't recognise the wireless charger or it recognises it and then disconnects and reconnects constantly, could be a coincidence and there is a fault with charger or phone but seems quite a coincidence when it worked perfectly previously

Wireless charging working fine here. Using the official Google charger.
That would have been ideal. Google's not smart enough to think of it though.
AI this or that is their jam.
Also using the Google charger and charging ok. (Pixel 8)

I think it's the wall plug I had the charging stand plugged into, swapped it out and it's been sat charging wirelessly from 60 to 90 % with an issue

That offer on Google Store for 8 Pro and Fitbit 6 for £499 looks too good to pass up with the extra offers.
Have an older iPhone SE so trading that in with a Perkbox code and £75 off on my AMEX makes it £326ish.
Could probably sell it on for profit, but can try and see how I get on with the camera compared to my S23U.

My 8pro case is falling apart... Dropped to many times lol
Need a case that's grippy to hand but less to clothes... Google one is so sticky to material it's hard to put it in to pockets... Big pain when cycling and you try to get it out..or in...
Any good recommendations?

Have a look at the Ringke, I've got on my 8 pro and it's very grippy but not at all sticky 
I moved from the case you have to the Mous Walnut one. Couldn't be happier...
It was heavily discounted at the time.
I finally updated my pixel 5 to a pixel 8 pro (which I snapped up on offer), what is the easiest way to transfer all my phone settings (including my mfa settings, I use both the google and microsoft authenticator apps)?. I plan on keeping the pixel 5 as a backup phone so don't want to wipe it.
Also are the branded more expensive phone cases like Spigen which cost more than double/triple as non-branded ones available on ebay but look very similar worth it?. I have for my last 2 phones had Spigen tough cases, but for previous ones I had cheap ones brought from ebay.

I have the Ringke Onyx case, which is probably the most I've ever spent on a phone case (so far). But I really quite like it. The case is slightly textured on the back, which not only feels good but aids in helping stop the phone slipping out of your hands. It's down to your own personal preference what you go for, but that's my own opinion as a Pixel 8 owner.
