Has anyone gone from S7/S7 Edge to the Pixel?

These companies are masters in creating anticipation and euphoria. Who knows given time to consider the cost etc. you may even decide the phone you have right now is good enough. Remember the old saying 'act in haste and repent at your leisure'.

But I make money from unboxings and reviews. The earlier I get the video out the better chance I have of it being 'big'. Waiting to Monday could cost me income...

Just ordered my black XL 128gb. ETA is Nov 24. This will be a very long wait..

When I returned my Note 7, I thought I could still do with my S6 Edghe Plus. But couldnt resist a new toy

how about apple start offering 24/7 support right from the phone where the support can take full control of the phone, since you know, they are charging Pixel prices.

Not much use for hardware faults, that's more for people who can't work out how to change the wallpaper !!

Guys if you are looking for a tempered glass screen protector Don't get the SPIGEN one it's a very poor fit

Called CPW support, they weren't all that helpful, but did say there screen said it had been delivered, so went back down...

First impressions are very good. Unboxing video encoding as I type...

I prefer the properly black front glass of the iPhone, it lets the display+sensors fade into the front when off to give that cool monolith look. But on the pixel it just looks bad.

And the iPhone has a nicer/bigger curve to the 2.5D glass too. On the pixel you can feel the metal edge when you roll your finger off the glass as the screen is not raised and curved enough.

I have watched your unboxing video and thought it quite good in fact. I am torn about getting one as it is a lot to pay. The worry is will it be discounted within months like Samsung do? My current Xperia won't be getting Nougat which is a shame as it performs as well as it did when purchased a couple of years ago. Problem with Sony is you can't get info from them as to how long they will continue to provide security patches.
